Pair of semi-detached houses. c1834-50 with later alterations.
Stucco over brick with slate roof (artificial slate at left)
and outer stuccoed ridge stacks. Tudor Gothic style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basements and with attics to gables, 4
first-floor windows. End gabled bays break forwards. First
floor has paired 4/4 sashes, the outer windows under
hoodmoulds. Moulded first-floor band. Ground floor has outer
tripartite windows with 2/2 between 1/1 sashes under
hoodmoulds. Central shared tall, parapeted porch with off-set
buttresses and roll-moulded openings; band of traceried
ornament to parapet; double 8-panel doors with pointed lights
and divided overlights. Basements concealed. Attics have 1/1
sash and casement window. Finials to gables.
INTERIOR: not inspected.

Tivoli) are shown as laid out in Merrett's Map of 1834.
