House, now offices. Mid C19, with C20 alterations. Brick with
stucco front and hipped concrete tile roof.
First and second floor moulded cornices, modillion eaves band,
plain parapet. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Windows are mostly plain
sashes. East front has to left a set back porch with a round
headed doorway with pilasters. Above and behind, a single sash
on each floor. To right, a square bay window, 2 storeys, with
3 urns on the parapet and a tripartite sash on each floor,
those below with segmental heads. Above again, 2 sashes.
INTERIOR: main doorway has good late C19 stained glass
flanking panels. Dogleg stair with winders and stick
balusters. Reeded doorcases with cornices.
