GV II

House. Mid C19. Yellow brick with stone dressings and slate
roof with a ridge stack. First floor band, pedimented gable. 3
storeys plus basement, single bay. Windows are glazing bar
sashes. South front has an open stone loggia with stone steps
and iron balustrade. Ground floor has to the left a doorway
with moulded round head, fanlight, and mask keystone. To its
right, a central sash, and above it, a similar sash. Above
again, a central round headed sash.
