GV II

House, now 5 flats. c1750, with western addition c1800,
altered early and mid C19. Stone, stuccoed throughout, with
gabled and hipped slate roofs with 2 gable and single side
wall stacks. Moulded eaves cornice and parapet, and coped
gables to main block. Addition, single bay, has rusticated
ground floor and band. 2 storeys, 4 bays. L-plan. Symmetrical
main block has a central canted balustraded porch, mid C19,
with a reset stucco doorcase and pediment on brackets. In each
side, a plain window. Above it, a single glazing bar sash. On
either side, a canted bay window, 2 storeys, with 3 glazing
bar sashes on each floor, those to the ground floor being
larger. Addition, to right, has a single sash on each floor.
INTERIOR has stair with turned balusters and a single panelled
room.
