GV II

Pair of houses, now a club and canteen. Early C19, and c1980.
Brick with stucco front and dressings and hipped slate roof
with 2 side wall stacks. Plinth, rusticated ground floor,
quoins, cast-iron first floor balcony railing. 3 storeys, 5
bays. Symmetrical front has 2 wooden Doric porticoes with
entablatures, and 3 margin light sashes. Above, 5 tall glazing
bar sashes with projecting surrounds and cornices. Above
again, 5 smaller glazing bar sashes with moulded surrounds.
INTERIOR not inspected.
