House, now offices, and attached boundary wall. C18,
incorporating the ground floor of an earlier building,
restored mid C20. Stone and brick, with hipped pantile roof
and a side wall stack. Quoins to ground floor, exposed first
floor joists. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Central late C18 half-glazed
door in beaded frame, flanked to left by a glazing bar sash
and to right by a plain sash. Above, two 2-light casements,
that to left barred. Above again, to right, a renewed 2-light
casement. North side has an incomplete first floor band and
C20 fenestration.
INTERIOR not inspected.
Outside, to north, attached brick boundary wall with pilasters
and flat stone coping, approx. 5m long and 4m high.
This building may formerly have had a timber-framed upper
floor.
