2 houses, now a gallery and a shop. Mid C18, with mid C19
alterations. Brick, partly painted, with concrete tile roof
and central gable stack. 2 storeys plus attics, 2 bays. To
left, a moulded wooden shopfront, mid C19, with pilasters,
half-glazed door and overlight, flanked to left by a 6-pane
shop window, all under a corniced fascia. To right, a plainer
wooden shopfront, late C19, with pilasters. Single window, and
to right, a C20 door, under a corniced fascia. Above, a C19
bracket lamp, and 2 segment headed glazing bar sashes. Above
again, 2 segment headed dormers with renewed sliding sashes.
INTERIOR has C18 spine beams, softwood winder stair, and early
C19 hob grate. Stud partition wall.
