GV II

Former lodge to Hilton House, now a house. c1840. Stucco with
hipped and gabled slate roofs and 3 prominent modillion ridge
stacks. Italianate style. Moulded plinth and impost band,
bracketed sills and eaves cornice. Windows are plain sashes
with moulded round heads and keystones. Single storey, 2 bays.
T-plan. Pedimented west gable has a double window and above
it, a roundel. To the right, a set back porch with a round
headed doorcase and panelled door. South side has 2 round
headed openings. To the right, a canted hipped bay window with
3 sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected.
Outside, to south, a stucco panelled wall with rounded corner,
and to north, a stone panelled coped wall, approx. 5m long.
