House now shop and flats. Early C19. Painted brick front,
slate roof, brick coped gables, reduced brick gable stack,
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys plus attics, 3-bay front, with C20 shop
front. Central blank opening is flanked by single glazing bar
sashes. 2nd floor is similar with smaller openings. All
openings have flat wedge brick arches. In the roof a single
dormer with segmental lead roof and slate cheeks. Bracketed
eaves cornice. In the right-hand gable are the letter ties
'WH'.
To the rear an early C19 warehouse range with hipped pantile
roof and 2-light casements with segmental arches.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
