House. c1830. Grey brick, ashlar dressings, slate roof, 2 tall
gable stacks, stone coped gables.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2-bay front with stone plinth, 1st floor
sill band, stone cornice, parapet, end pilasters. To right
half-glazed panelled door, covered by open stone porch with 2
square columns and pilasters, cornice and parapet. To left
margin light sash. First floor 2 similar windows. All windows
have splayed stone lintels with fluted keystones.
