House. Early C19, painted red brick, concrete tiled hipped
roof, single ridge and rear gable stack. Modillion eaves
cornice.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attics, 3-bay front with off-centre
6-panelled door and blocked overlight. Pedimented doorcase
with narrow pilasters, brackets, panelled reveals. Flanked by
single tripartite plain sashes. To 1st floor a blank opening,
flanked by single margin light sashes. In the roof two 2-light
casement dormers with flat lead roofs. On the right-hand
return, a tripartite sash and plain doorway to ground floor
and a plain sash and margin light sash to 1st floor. Openings
to front have flat wedge brick arches, and to the side
segmental arches.
INTERIOR: retains some contemporary joinery.
