House, now offices. 1809. Red brick, stucco dressings Welsh
slate roof with 2 gable stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 5-bay front with short stone plinth,
ground and 1st floor stucco sill bands, very deep overhanging
soffit, panelled, on paired brackets. Door up 3 steps, of 8
carved panels with plain fanlight containing glazed lamp. Set
in round-arched grooved surround. Shallow open pedimented
doorcase, supported on Tuscan columns, flanked by 2 plain
sashes. To 1st floor 5 tall glazing bar sashes and to 2nd
floor 5 similar smaller windows. All windows have flat rubbed
brick wedge arches.
