House. c1860. Yellow stock brick in Flemish bond, hipped slate
roof with rear wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey, 3-bay front with plain overhanging eaves.
Central 4-panel door with plain fanlight set in oversized
surround with segmental head on scrolled brackets, plain
pilasters with large scrolled feet, flanked by single canted
bay windows with plain sashes and flat lead roofs. To 1st
floor 3 bordered divided light sashes with rusticated lintels
with keystones.
