Offices. 1795 by Francis Cacter of London for Samuel Tunnard
as an office wing for his adjacent house. Red brick in Flemish
bond, half-hipped slate roof with lead dressings. Single wall
stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-bay front with low stone plinth, sill
bands to both floors and plain fascia concealing wall head
gutter to eaves. Pair of double panelled doors with above a
fan traceried overlight, set in broad pilastered surround with
plain moulded hood. Up 3 steps to door. Flanked by tripartite
glazing bar sashes, with traceried segmental-headed lights,
set within segmental-headed shallow recesses. To 1st floor 3
glazing bar sashes with flat rubbed brick arches.
