Pair of houses, arranged as single design. c1830 with later
C19 alterations. Stucco, rear walls in red brick, slate roof,
square panelled ridge stack. Gable end to street.
EXTERIR: 2 storeys, 2-bay front, with plinth and pair of full
height pilasters at centre and single pilaster to end, tall
fascia and large moulded pediment surmounting whole frontage.
To ground floor two 3-light plain sashes set in plain stucco
surrounds, with frieze and cornice on scrolled brackets. To
1st floor 2 plain sashes with plain surrounds and sills on
tabs. Side doors in plain stucco surrounds with plain hood on
console brackets. To the left, set back, a 2-storey later
extension with single window to each floor.
