House, now offices. c1808-1832 with later additions and
alterations including c1980s shop front. Pinkish-red brick in
Flemish bond to ground and first floors with red brick in
Flemish bond to second floor; stone sills and red gauged brick
arches; slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
First-floor has 6/6 sashes; second-floor has 8/8 horned
sashes, all in shallow reveals and with flat arches and sills.
Ground floor: entrance at right a 6-panel door, the upper 4
panels raised and fielded, lower flush beaded in flush beaded
reveals and with pilastered doorcase with open pediment.
Renewed shop front in Victorian style. Modillion eaves band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: apparently not shown on Young's Map c1808 but
shown on Clements's Map of 1832.
