House, now shop. Late C18 with later additions and alterations
including c1980s ground floor shop front. brownish-red brick in
Flemish bond with renewed cement sills and cornice, concealed
roof. 4 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First and second floors
have 6/6 sashes, third floor has 3/3 sashes, all in plain reveals
and with sills and flat arches of gauged brick. Ground floor
renewed, glazed and timber shop front. Clock on bracket.
INTERIOR: ground floor renewed. Ceilings throughout said to have
been lowered so no plasterwork visible.
Nos 61-65 (consecutive) High Street (qqv) form a group of late
C18 properties.
