Three houses in row. Early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roofs.
PLAN: Shallow single depth plan. No.7 set at slight angle to other two, following street line.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, each one window, all sashes, twelve-pane above paired twelve-pane, but four-pane to No.5, to flush mullion, small twelve-pane with thick bars, panelled door to slab hoods on stone brackets. Each house has cast iron footscraper, two of these undamaged, and platband on bed mould above first floor. Rear, also in ashlar, has plastic windows and extension to No.6, twelve-pane above replacement paired four-pane, and deep slated late C20 lean-to extension to No.6. No.7 similar, with large flat roofed extension. Above middle floor an ovolo mould string course, broken through at rainwater drops.
INTERIORS: Not inspected. Modest artisan cottages, probably serving Widcombe Manor (qv).
