Detached house. Mid C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth symmetrical range with central valley and gabled ends.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two four pane above aspired four pane and single, with central C20 door in solid cheeks and thin slab hood on consoles. Inscribed TYNING HOUSE above door. Coped gables, stack to right, and to rear roof, left. Rear has three four pane sashes, central door with glazed conservatory, and mid platband.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
