Workshop. Mid C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Rubble, double Roman tile roof.
EXTERIOR: Gabled two storey building, with principal front facing North Road, with near continuous run of workshop glazing with vertical bars, above two pairs of plank doors. Gable end has two light casement with vertical bars, and large loading bay door, above small light, blocked and C20 door. Rear attached to Nos 1 and 3, Oxford Place (qv), but projects beyond to west, with further first floor workshop glazing.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
Characteristic of small workshops serving this area and formerly associated with quarrying industry.
