Public house. Early/mid C19, with C20 additions and alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, mostly rendered, Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Single depth plan with C20 addition at south end.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one:two:two windows on ground floor, one:one above. Ground floor has modern steel casement in small single storey extension on south, then two eight/eight-pane sashes, panelled door in plain recess, four/four-sash, eight/eight-sash, last two are in contemporary but slightly lower wing. Upper floor has paired eight/eight-sash with stone mullion and in wing six/six-sash. Cornice, parapet, roof of main part only visible from higher up street, of lower part not at all. South gable end has two four/four-sashes above single storey extension, which has modern steel casement. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Much altered; no original features remain.
