Terrace of six houses. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roofs unseen, moulded stacks to party walls.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys including an attic storey, and basement; each house is one-window wide. Continuous coped parapet, and attic cornice; sill bands and stone mullions to six/six pane tripartite sash windows to the attics, second and first floors; balconies to the first floors; flat arched recesses to ground floor windows, semicircular arches over set back fanlights and doors. No.39 to the left has plate glass sash windows.
