Pennard House attached to the right of Piccadilly House (Formerly Listed as: LONDON ROAD (North side) Piccadilly House and Nos 3 & 4 Piccadilly)

GV II

Double fronted shop to right of Piccadilly House and slightly higher. Late C18.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, double pitched pantile roof with moulded stacks to the left.
PLAN: Double depth plan with large C19 rear block.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys with attic, symmetrical three-window range.
Coped parapet and cornice, six/six-pane sash windows, cornice over fascia to C19 shopfront with wide overlight to half-glazed double doors flanked by plate glass panes. C19 and C20 windows to right return.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but noted as being altered.
