Small house in row. Late C18, front rebuilt C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and basement, single bay, with twelve-pane sashes in plain reveals, and splayed surround to basement light with pavement grille. C20 panelled door, right. Band on bedmould above first floor, moulded cornice with blocking course and parapet, deep and lofty ashlar stack, left, shared with No.4 (qv).
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Masonry to left stitched into that of No.4, and trim carries across but facade appears to be replacement.
