House. Mid/late C18.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible from street.
PLAN: Narrow frontage double depth house with entrance to left.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and basement, two windows wide. Ground floor has had stonework repairs. Six/six-sash in plain reveal, over small basement window partially above grating level. Six-panel door with flathood on brackets. Narrow band at first floor level. First floor windows are six/six-sashes with architrave surrounds. Narrow band at second floor level. Six/three-sashes in architraves to second floor. Cornice, parapet. Rear elevation not seen.
