House in row. Early C19. Ashlar block, roof not visible.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one + three windows, all twelve pane sash in plain reveals. The first bay, left, is slightly set back, and bays two and three are enclosed in plain quoin pilasters. The recessed door is far right, six panel with transom light. Deep frieze, moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, end stacks. The rear, facing Beechen Cliff Road, has a deep wing to flat roof, and with a stack.
