Detached house within Prospect Place. 1740 (mortgage) with refronted 1811 with four-and-a-half inch thick walls, and C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, rubblestone plinth, double pitched roof, slate to front, Double Roman tiles to rear with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Three-unit plan with C20 flat roofed rear range.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basement, symmetrical three-window range. Six/six-pane sash windows, those to first floor with balconettes, splayed jambs to ground floor. Six-panel door glazed to top. Attached to left return single storey double depth outhouse with pent pantile roof and stone ogee arch to lintel.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but known to have early C18 features.
