House, now shop at end of row, returns to Millbrook Place. C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar with slate roof.
PLAN: Plain block, with later C19 rear wing (No.13).
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic, two windows. Plain sashes, in surrounds with small stopped-ovolo mould jambs, and with cast iron balconettes at first floor. Ground floor has full width late C19 shopfront with narrow panelled pilasters, in two and one panes with slender mullions, and off-centre glazed door, and shallow fascia with dentil cornice. Moulded cornice with shallow blocking course and parapet. Return has two four-pane sashes at first and second floors, with two C20 doors and window with grille at ground floor. Rear has twin hipped roofs, and four-pane sashes.
