House. c1840.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen with moulded stacks to left return.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and semi-basement, four-window front with canted bay to left-hand three bays. Steps lead up to five-panel door, glazed to top, with bolection moulding. Shallow canted bay to left has moulded architraves to two/two-pane sash windows without horns, those to first floor set beneath cornices on consoles. Similar windows to right, above door, have plain architraves. Cornice and ground floor platband to front slightly returned; coped parapet encircles building. Cast iron railings to front with stone piers topped with shallow pyramidal caps.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but noted as having both mid and late C19 features.
