Coach house and garden building facing rear of No.12 Royal Crescent (qv), now three C20 garages. c1780. .
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched double Roman tile roof at right angle to street.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Single storey with attics to street facade. Central parapet flanked by coped gables with two light two pane casement windows to attics. Garden front (not seen at review) has chamfered rustication and contains blind semicircular arched recess with voussoirs and key, impost bands. Moulded pediment over with die crowning apex, moulded cornice and parapet extending over rest of elevation. Gable end slate roof.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
