House now two shops. Early C19 altered late C19.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, single pitched roof unseen with moulded stack to right gable end.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys, two window front . Coped parapet returns over gable ends; stopped coved cornice; three/three pane sash windows to third floor, six/six pane sashes to second and first floors with horns.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
