Fourteen terrace houses. Mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roofs.
EXTERIOR: Very plain continuous terrace of two storey houses, each with two windows at first floor and one below, mainly plain or replacement sashes to stone sills on small brackets. No.13 retains sixteen-pane sashes. To right in each house the doorway, originally with four-panel doors, retained in Nos 12,18,19,20 and 23, under transom light, in plain pilasters, with decorative consoles carrying flat hood with moulded edge plus a blocking course. Mid platband, slight moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, and each house has two-stage ashlar stack forward of ridge in each roof, on slight coping to each of party walls. Part of long terrace, extended at both ends.
