Small infill house. c1800 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar block, formerly painted, roof not visible.
PLAN: Small property set between end of main terrace Chapel Row, and short return opposite Holy Trinity Church, with triangular plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, three windows, top floor has C20 four-pane lights set flush with wall face, above deep eight-pane sashes in plain reveals. Ground floor has square display window, and, to right, C20 glazed door, with floating wood cornice across both. Bay three has six-panel door with flat hood on brackets, and further square display window to its right. Plain parapet, with signs of rebuilding at this level.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Included for group value.
