Includes: No.2 PRIOR PARK ROAD. House and shop. Early to mid C18, very rebuilt in mid C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with triple Roman tile roof.
PLAN: L-shaped plan, canted to corner.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two windows to Widcombe Parade. Ground floor has six/six sash to left, six panel door to right, top two glazed, flat hood on brackets. First floor band. Six/six sashes to first floor, three/three above. Ashlar stack with weathering and pots. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
Effectively the western end of Ralph Allen Cottages, and thus the transitional link between the artisanal area of mid-Georgian Widcombe and the later Widcombe Parade. Included for group value as completion of the Widcombe Parade terrace.

The asset was previously listed twice also under List entry 1394479. The entry was removed from the List on 4 November 2016.
