Formerly known as: West View HATFIELD ROAD. Detached house. c1840 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof.
PLAN: Hipped villa with low pitched roof, and with lower rear wing adjacent to Wellsway.
EXTERIOR: Symmetrical entrance front two storeys, three windows, all twelve-pane sash in plain reveals, and glazed door in solid cheeks and with slightly peaked hood. Return facing churchyard has single twelve-pane at each level, lower wing has two four-pane sashes above C20 steel casements. Rear eaves stack to main block. South gable end has twelve-pane to each level, with lean-to element to right. Roof was slated at time of former listing.
