Pair of houses in row. Late C18 or early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar front, rubble returns, pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, four windows, irregularly spaced plain sashes in reveals, that to right paired sash. Mid C19, altered, shopfront to No.12 symmetrical, with recessed glazed door flanked by splay and three lights each side, panes are divided by thin colonnettes to capitals and flat arched heads, with small decorated spandrels, stall-riser and plain fascia. No.11 has central door flanked by plain square display windows. Left gable coped, with ashlar stack having skirt and simple cornice capping, right gable plain, with modified, rendered stack.
