House, now office to garage. Late C18 with C20 alterations.

MATERIALS: Squared limestone rubble with freestone parapet, cornice, frieze and architraves, C20 double Roman tile mansard roof with two C20 dormers and moulded stacks to coped gable ends.

PLAN: Double depth plan with late C19 rear wing with pantile roof.

EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attic, two-window range. Chamfered rusticated architraves to six/six-pane sash windows with some crown glass to first floor, similar architraves to plate glass sashes to ground floor. To left of centre hood on shaped brackets over C20 door.

INTERIOR: Not inspected but noted as being altered to ground floor and having panelled shutters to first floor.
