Pair of houses. Mid C19.
MATERIALS: Squared limestone rubble, freestone quoins, platband and chamfered rusticated architraves, hipped slate roof with wide eaves and moulded stack to party wall and left of No.73.
PLAN: Double depth plan with lower left wing to No.73.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, symmetrical three-window range. Six/six-pane sash windows, that to first floor centre blind, six-panel doors glazed to top to outer ranges under shallow hoods brackets, both with geometric panelling. Slightly set back left wing has hipped roof and one window.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
