Small house set back from road and backing onto Nelson Cottage (qv). Early/mid C19 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Coursed limestone rubble, rendered to left return, C20 double Roman tile roof with brick stack to right.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one-window range. Late C19 horned two/two-pane sash windows to centre, that to first floor has balconette, four-panel door to left under hood on wrought iron scroll brackets.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
