House in row, with shop. Mid C19 with C20 alterations.
PLAN: Plain front, but with deep wing to rear, probably of earlier date.
MATERIALS: Ashlar, double Roman tile roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, three windows, two/two-pane sashes above plain sashes, to sill bands at each floor, C20 shopfront, and C20 door to shallow transom light, right. Low pitched roof comes to eaves on plain band.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
