Detached house. c1800 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double-pitched slate roof with moulded stacks to coped gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and semi-basement, symmetrical three-window range. Coped parapet, cornice and first floor platband. Late C19/early C20 horned six/six-pane sash windows, those to first floor with C20 louvered shutters. Steps flanked by wrought iron railings lead up to wide four-panel door with semicircular heads to glazed upper panels and four-pane overlight. C20 glazed porch.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
