Terrace house. Late C18 with C20 additions.
MATERIASL: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble to rear, double pile roof, parapeted to front, Welsh Slate to front and rear, with two ashlar stacks to right shared with No.18 Guinea Lane (qv). Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storey, single-bay three-window range. First floor has three grouped four/four, six/six, four/four-sashes in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill, second floor has three similar windows. Ground floor has to right six/six-sash in splayed reveal with stone sill, to left six-panel door with flush beaded and fielded panels with single pane overlight with one Pennant step in plain reveal with splayed jambs. Band course over ground floor, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet continuous with Nos 18 and 20 Guinea Lane (qv). Rear elevation, partially visible, has C20 windows to second floor.
