Terrace house. Early C19 with late C19 addition.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Single depth plan with rear left wing.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three-window range (formerly symmetrical). Coped parapet that rises over right gable end, cornice, first floor sill band and plate glass sash windows. Window to ground floor right set in shallow semicircular arched recess. To centre half-glazed five-panel door in plain opening and to left late C19 two storey rectangular, very slightly canted bay with hipped tiled roof up to parapet, sill band continues round it.
