GV II

Symmetrical pair of terrace houses. Early C19 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roofs unseen with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basements, each house has two-window range. Plate glass sash windows, continuous parapet, frieze, first floor sill band and ground floor platband. Outer ranges step forward and parapet between slightly pedimented at centre. Central set back part are six-panel doors with Regency style trellised porches. That to Rosement to left has hipped swept canopy, Ingledene has cyma sloping hood and cast iron crested balconettes to upper windows. Between doors path and steps lead down to semicircular archway under party wall leading to rear.
