Shops. c1908 (No.7 perhaps with some earlier survival) . By J. Foster & Sons, builders.
MATERIALS: No.7 in limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Nos 8 and 8A are timber to street front with roof not visible. PLAN: Three custom built Edwardian shops.
EXTERIOR: Single storey with two storeys to No.7. Built as one development with shopfronts divided by Corinthian pilasters. Double fronted shops with recessed entrances and arched window heads with small paned glazing above arch. Fascia, dentil cornice. No.7 has three window front to first floor with nine/nine-sashes in architraves. Cornice, parapet, gabled roof at right angles to street. Nos 8 and 8A have continuous timber balustrade with turned balusters to parapet, and continues into No.9 (qv). Rear elevation not seen.
