Houses in irregular terrace. Early and mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, except for No.7 which is coursed, squared rubble, with triple Roman tile roofs, some of which are concrete.
PLAN: Double depth plan cottages.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys. No.7, amalgamation of former Nos 7 and 8. Plain door to left with modern hood. Ground floor has two modern windows with top opening lights, upper floor has two single pane windows. No.10 has two windows and doorway on left with hood on brackets. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
HISTORY: Among the earlier examples of quarry workers¿ cottages, much of this row has undergone considerable alteration.
