Dated 1774 and 1776 with modern reconstruction and alterations. U-plan former steading, now converted to housing. Rubble with harl and cement harl pointing; ashlar margins and dressings; reconstituted stone margins.
NE (PRINCIPAL COURTYARD) RANGE: 7 bay taller range. Moulded cornices to outer doors; modern boarded doors, windows, alternating modern rooflights.
SW (REAR) ELEVATION: irregular openings; 1 door, 2 loft windows under eaves.
RETURNS: tall gable, round-headed cart arches at centre, now infilled as window; narrow round-headed window in gablehead; apex pedestal and ball finial, 1774 datestone. Gable on SE elevation with 1776 datestone.
NW RANGE: CHURCH ROAD ELEVATION: 4 bays near-symmetrically disposed,
4 large slate-hung dormers symmetrically disposed. Courtyard Elevation: 6 bays disposed as 3 bay house, door at centre, flanking windows, 2 dormers symmetrically disposed. Gable with round-headed window to outer left.
SE RANGE: courtyard elevation 5 bay with 2 slate-hung dormers symmetrically disposed. 4 bay rear range; gable with round-headed window to outer right.
Modern plate glass windows. Grey slate roof with modern rooflights. Ashlar coping to skews and skewputts; tall coped apex stacks; ridge stacks.
The former steading served Inverioch/ Arrochar House (now the Claymore Hotel - see separate listing).
