Description

Built 1853. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Classical. Polished ashlar,
ground floor painted. 3 central advanced pedimented bays,
pilastered in ground floor; pair Ionic columns with outer
pilasters to 1st floor, supporting pediment enclosing
clock and foliated carving. Square-plan round-arched
cupola above has lead dome and acorn finial. Altered shop
windows in ground floor outer bays. Continuous cornice
over ground floor. 1st floor round-arched pilastered
windows with decorative keystones, outer windows in
shallow recessed panels. Continuous dentilled cornice and
blocking course. End stack and slate roof.
