Description

Circa 1869. Single storey and attic. 'U'-plan former
stable block. Sneaked and stugged ashlar with ashlar
dressings, Gatepiers to walled courtyard with bold caps.
Yard interior has 2 segmental-headed carriage entrances,
with modern glazing, in block opposite gate, door and
window to left. Round stair tower, with finialled conical
roof with fish-scale slating set in angle to right.
Flanking wings with altered fenestration. Gables with 2
ground floor windows and segmental-headed altered loft
entrances with re-used cast-iron balconies. Crow-stepped
gables and dormer-heads throughout. Slate roof.
