Dated 1839 on stack. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Painted ashlar.
Cental door flanked by shops with central doors; continuous
band course over ground. 4 1st floor sash windows, 12-pane
glazing to outer bays. Eaves course and cornice. Central wall-
head stack. Slate roof.
